Will my CDs be insured?


We understand your CD collection is precious to you, so it will be insured for full replacement value.



What about damage?


All our packaging is designed for protection of your music collection



Are my payments secure?


Payments can be made using the online payment system. This is a secure online payment processor. To find out more visit: link to payment processor



Is there any support for loading music onto my player?


We are here to help you through the whole process. Or if you choose we can load it for you.



How long?


Two days from receipt of your collection. You will be kept in the loop throughout the whole process.



How much?


The cost is 90p per cd and 20p per additional formats.



Is there a minimum number of CDs?


The minimum number of CDs is 50. (But contact us for a trial options)



Why don’t I send the CD jewel cases?


Jewel/crystal cases are fragile and bulky. The spindles we supply offer better protection at a lower weight/cost.



There are many formats and bitrates what do you use?


We offer the following formats: • MP3 up to 320 kbps (with VBR) • AAC (up to lossless) • WMA (up to lossless) • FLAC • WAV V1 and 2. These formats are offered but we are here to discuss what formats would best suit your own requirements.



What if any of my CDs are damaged?


We have a bespoke music ripping system which will rigorously check a disc for errors, if any are found the disc will be rejected. All rejected discs will be resurfaced and put through the process again. Any unsuccessful CD’s will still carry a charge. There is a printed report that comes to you with your digital music.



How do you return my music to me?


Your music will be returned to you in the format requested by yourself. • DVD (+R or –R) • External hard drive (if purchased by us) • iPod (if requested with order) • CD (extra cost due to the volume required)



Is there a report sent with my collection?


A colour printed report along with cover art will be sent to you with your music.



Can you copy CD’s I have ripped myself?


No because we cannot guarantee that you own the music on the disc.



Do you keep a copy of my collection?


No the only reference we have is a log of what we copied for you in a text format. This enables us to provide future support.



How do I transfer my music?


Written instructions will be sent with your collection, there is also technical support over the phone at no extra cost.



How will the folders in my digital library be organised?


The folder tree will take the form of: LINK ... This is an example of our standard tree but all information can be tailored to your needs at request.



How much does the hard drive option cost?


This will be discussed on request as the hard drive that best meets your requirements needs to be discussed.



Can you collect and drop off?


Yes, within a 30 mile radius of Norwich.



Is there a bulk discount?


Yes. Please contact us for orders over 500 CDs.
